Pinnock is recognized for building meaningful relationships with her patients that extend beyond the clinical setting. She celebrates their personal milestones while providing compassion and support through serious medical diagnoses, loss and times of grief. Since 2004, she has served as a registered dental hygienist at Siegel, Dolt and Plaisance Comprehensive Dental Care, delivering personalized, preventive and periodontal care using advanced technologies, including 3D intraoral scanning and digital imaging. Committed to a holistic approach, she recognizes the connection between oral and overall health, often identifying underlying medical concerns and facilitating timely referrals for appropriate care. In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Pinnock serves as an instructor and examiner for the Georgia Dental Association Continuing Education and Training program, mentoring dental professionals and promoting clinical excellence. Before entering civilian practice, she served in the United States Army from 1995 to 2004 as a dental assistant and hygienist. She deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Intrinsic Action and received the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. She holds a BBA in managerial sciences from Georgia State University and an MS in healthcare informatics from Grand Canyon University. Connie O’Neill originally aspired to become a doctor and deliver babies until her older sister introduced her to ultrasound technology. Almost immediately, she realized that a career in diagnostics would enable her to treat patients while balancing her passions for ministry, singing and traveling the world. Ms. O’Neill is the supervisor of radiology and ultrasound at Mount Sinai West, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Now in her 10th year, she manages a crew of 10, screens patients, and arranges their schedules and transport. She is also pioneering an artificial intelligence system that enables doctors to spend more time treating patients and less time reviewing numbers. As a registered diagnostic medical sonographer, Ms. O’Neill uses her background in psychology to communicate with patients and issue diagnoses. One of her hallmarks is her desire and ability to understand a problem and provide support. Looking ahead, Ms. O’Neill aims to make a meaningful impact on patient care, particularly by improving how ultrasound results are reported and how cases are handled. She strives to embody a spirit of compassion, emphasizing that caring for others can significantly change lives.
