Since 2020, she has led countywide efforts related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, digital accessibility, language access and effective communication. Her work includes ADA transition planning, accessibility training, policy development, WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and management of interpreting, translation and American Sign Language (ASL) services. She also founded and chairs the Virginia ADA Coordinators Peer Group, a statewide network of public sector accessibility professionals. Ms. Behboudifar holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in information systems and operations management from George Mason University. She is certified as an ADA coordinator through the Great Plains ADA Center and the University of Missouri. In August 2026, she began pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at George Washington University Law School while continuing her public service career. Before her current role, she worked in community development and FOIA compliance at Loudoun County Government. She has received several awards for leadership and community service. Charlie Arnold III has established a distinguished military career built upon his expertise in air defense. Since 2025, he has applied his skills as a security guard at GardaWorld. The dedication, discipline and consistency he has cultivated over the years have positioned him as a leader in both his profession and in the military. Mr. Arnold is an air and missile defense crew platoon sergeant in the United States Army, a role he has held since 2026. He manages a platoon element consisting of six teams of two to three personnel each to protect national and international locations from enemy air attacks and threats, including aircraft, unmanned aerial systems and missiles. Previously, Mr. Arnold was an administrative NCO at SOCOM in the United States Army from 2022 to 2024. He served as a temporary technician in surface maintenance repair for about a year and as a concrete and asphalt equipment operator from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Arnold is a highly decorated military Senior Enlisted, having received the Meritorious Service Award in 2025. He considers this recognition his most notable achievement. Looking ahead, he aims to continue advancing his military career with a goal of transitioning to become a warrant officer.
