He is a recognized writer, having published papers and articles, and has been quoted as an authority in property management and crisis mitigation management. Receiving his credential in Leadership from the American Management Association, Mr. Grant is a NewYork University and CUNY trained management executive who holds theGraduateof theRealtor Institutedesignation. He also studied crisis and emergency management at UNLV and holds certificates from FEMA. Mr. Grant is writing a book on realty management, with an emphasis on crisis mitigation management. He plans this effort to aid in the development of Crisisology as a discipline while advancing the promulgation of Universal Resilience. Influenced by his father, Vernon Rupert Grant dedicated himself to real estate after working for the NYC government. Knowing that real estate incorporated several facets of business, he paved a path for himself and developed expertise in property management. Mr. Grant’s professional background spans over four decades, involving successful careers in non-profit, government service, urban development, community affairs, real estate, construction management and scientific research. While in the practice of managing residential and commercial properties, he gained proficiency in crisis and emergency management. As a Crisisologist, he has been pioneering Crisisology since 2009 and has created the Crisis Convergence & Integration Theory. In 2012, Mr. Grant founded Crisisology Group International LLC (CGI), for whom he serves as chief managing executive. The mission of CGI is to offer a broad and deep foundation of problem-solving skills and export efforts that lead professionals to transformational leadership.
