During her tenure with the organization, she assumed responsibility of several high-end tasks. Commencing her career in 1978 as an auditor and tax associate with Deloitte, Ms. Webb also flourished as a finance manager for the Mead Corporation and for Silicon Graphics, Inc., as well as chief financial officer and controller for the Seaboard Paper Company, JC Paper and Consolidation Publications. In addition, she excelled as a controller and director forManpower and as a consultant with A4C Financial Consulting. Ms. Webb matriculated at Bowling Green State University, earning a BS in accounting in 1976. Receiving an MBA from the University of Michigan, she became licensed as a certified public accountant in Ohio in 1979. After accruing decades of experience, she enrolled at the University of North Carolina and completed the Kaiser Permanente Advanced Leadership Program in 2007. Ms. Webb maintains membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Black Accountants. In July 2020, she joined the board of directors for the San Mateo County Health Foundation, a non-profit organization promoting health and wellbeing for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Additionally, she contributed her expertise to the San Mateo County Commission on the Status of Women from 1994 to 1997, serving as commission president in 1997. She also sat on the board of directors for the Center for Domestic Violence Prevention of San Mateo County from 1995 to 2002, where she was board chair in 2001. As a testament to her success and longevity, Ms. Webb received the Sarbanes Oxley Outstanding Leader Award in 2010, and the Role Model and Mentor Award from Kaiser Permanente Women in Technology in 2012.
