Concurrent to this endeavor, Dr. Jimenez has also served as a director and secretary of Mainstreet Bank from 2001 to 2019, and formerly extended his expertise to Saint Lewis University, the Pittsburgh Medical College and West Virginia University. Revered nationwide for his irrefutable reputation in aiding medical ailments, Dr. Jimenez also draws upon pre-medical studies at Colegio de San Juan de Letran inManila. Civically involved as well, he has maintained status with the Ohio Valley Community Foundation and the Mountain State Foundation, as well as Jesuit University, for whom he serves as director. Likewise, from 2009 to 2020, he excelled as president of the West Virginia State Medical Association, and from 2008 to 2018, a board member of the West Virginia Board of Medicine. He also sat as president of his local Rotary Club. To remain aware of shifts in the everchanging field of medicine, Dr. Jimenez has been a member of the American Medical Association, the Board of Quality Assurance, the West Virginia State Medical Society and the American Endocrine Society, among myriad other organizations. In light of his contributions to medicine and his community, he was bestowed with the American Asian Award from the City of Chicago, Illinois. Married to his wife Conchita since 1965, Dr. Jimenez has two children and currently resides in Wheeling, West Virginia. He attributes his immense success to his diligent work ethic and the support from his wife. Looking toward the future, he intends to write and publish a book pertaining to West Virginia’s history of prominent civilians.
