39 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARTS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT Brad Rosenberger first desired to enter the music industry when he was just 6 years old after watching The Beatles perform on “The Ed Sullivan Show.” Subsequent to earning a BA in English from the University of California Los Angeles, he joined record producer Richard Perry, who produced such artists as Barbra Streisand, Ringo Starr and the Pointer Sisters, as a production coordinator in 1980. Departing from Perry’s business in 1987, Mr. Rosenberger joined Jobete Music as their first director of film/television for three years. He then joined Warner/Chappell as vice president of film/television and remained there for over 20 years, culminating with his position as senior vice president of catalog development and marketing. Concurrent to his role with Warner/Chappell, Mr. Rosenberger started his own production company, Java ‘N’ Jive Entertainment, in 2008. He produced and music supervised the feature film “CBGB,” starring Alan Rickman, in 2013. In 2010, Mr. Rosenberger joined forces with Omnivore Entertainment Group, LLC, where he now serves as co-owner and partner. The label has released over 400 records in its 10-year history. While serving Warner/Chappell, Mr. Rosenberger created a back catalog promotional label titled RETROactive, which featured releases by such artists as Led Zeppelin, Barry Gibb, Harry Nilsson, Robert Lammof Chicago, Harry Chapin and Gamble & Huff, among others. Emphasizing that music is an integral aspect of his DNA, Mr. Rosenberger has always exhibited passion for his career and feels fortunate to have been a pivotal figure in projects through the decades. Impressively, he was a member of the team that put together Allee Willis’ writing of the theme song to the television show “Friends.” In addition to many other film/television placements, he is particularly proud of his work on Cameron Crowe’s “Almost Famous,” where he finalized a deal to feature five Led Zeppelin songs. Receiving a Grammy certificate for Best Historical Album for his work on Hank Williams’ “The Garden Spot Programs, 1950” in 2014, Mr. Rosenberger intends to continue his legacy at Omnivore in the future.
