128 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS LP3 endeavors to empower women entrepreneurs while educating them on women’s rights as they relate to financial freedom and literacy. Recognized among the Top 100 in Finance in 2020, Ms. Williams has further contributed her breadth of knowledge to blogs and podcasts in her field. Civically involved as well, she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of McLean County. Although her career has been suffused with highlights, she is especially proud to have made a positive influence on the lives of emerging and seasoned entrepreneurs, which has subsequently led to them making higher profits and illuminating transformations in their lives, both personally and professionally. Ms. Williams attributes her success to her daughter, who first inspired her to keep moving forward. In five years’ time, she intends to incorporate financial literacy in nationwide school systems and advocates for financial literacy to be a required course in all schools. Although encouraged to enter the health care industry during her high school years, Chelsea M. Williams enrolled in accounting courses during her undergraduate studies. Shortly thereafter, she fell in love with the subject and attained an associate degree in accounting and business management from Heartland Community College in 2012. Following this accomplishment, she graduated summa cum laude from DeVry University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2015. While pursuing her academic degrees, Ms. Williams served in multiple roles, including as an in-house accountant for TECE and the vice president of American Tax & Accounting, Inc., serving in that role for five years. During her tenure, she discovered that much of her work implemented reactionary strategies; therefore, she desired to steer the organization toward proactive practices. Upon this change, she sought to service clients who were looking for financial freedom. In 2017, Ms. Williams founded Core Solutions Group, Inc., where she currently serves as chief financial architect. Alongside this role, she has also been the founder of LP3 since 2020. CHELSEA M.
