144 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine FINANCE AND INSURANCE After earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ashland University in 2005 and an additional bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kent State University in 2006, Delilah J. Volpe delved into the field of financial services. At the inception of her career in 2007, she served as a senior accountant for Novogradac & Company LLP in Dover, Ohio, for two years until 2009. While there, she gained considerable knowledge on taxes and audits, specializing in the nonprofit industry. Since that time, she has excelled as the founder, president, chief financial officer and controller of Fox Enterprise Services. Fox Enterprise Services is a commercial construction company and manufacturer of metals for architectural purposes. In her myriad executivelevel roles, Ms. Volpe oversees all financial transactions of the business, including managing cash flow and tax liabilities. Her husband, Anthony Volpe, currently serves as co-founder and co-owner. Alongside her primary work endeavors, Ms. Volpe also served as the head coach of the girls’ varsity and junior varsity soccer teams at Perry High School in Massillon, Ohio, between 2010 and 2013. She was also a coach at St. Thomas Aquinas High School between 2005 and 2010. Civically involved as well, she is a frequent contributor to her local church, including with community clean-up projects, fundraisers and more. Additionally, she enjoys helping underserved families and their children become involved in athletic activities and other extracurricular events during school, as well as mentoring and training young adults who have just graduated from college. Ms. Volpe is EDGE Certified in the State of Ohio and maintains affiliation with the Canton Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Minority Business Enterprise. Looking toward the future, she intends to become more involved in her local community, particularly with children in school and young adults in college.
