249 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS PRESIDENT Accountable Healthcare Staffing The Colony, TX PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (RETIRED) Trillium Health Partners Mississauga, Ontario, Canada ADAM JOSEPH WILLIAMS After graduating from Gannon University with a BAS in general sales, merchandising and related marketing operations, Adam Joseph Williams joined Martin Fletcher as a team leader in staffing recruitment in 2004. Enjoying his ability to make a different in his clients’ lives, he later joined Medical Staffing Network in 2005 as director of sales and account management, where he remained until 2013. From there, he served CareerStaff/Genesis Healthcare as director of sales and fulfillment and MedAssets as a director and market manager prior to taking on his current role as president of Accountable Healthcare Staffing in 2017. Notably, Mr. Williams was featured in Forbes Magazine in 2020 for his exceptional executive leadership and advancement in the health care staffing industry. Likewise, Accountable Healthcare Staffing was named among of the Top 15 Companies by Texas Monthly Magazine. Civically involved, he also gives back through various charitable organizations and his local church, and is a past team building member of the Citizens Development Center in Irving, Texas. Looking toward the future, Mr. Williams intends to continue taking care of his clients and other health care professionals in an advisory position. Recognized as a peer advocate, writer and public speaker on mental health, Cheryl Roma Yarek excelled as a peer support specialist with Trillium Health Partners from 2013 to 2017. Initially joining the health care group in 1999, she also served as a case manager with a specialty in peer support in mental health and a peer mentor. During her tenure with the business, she participated with Toastmasters International from 2012 to 2019. Prior to delving into her career, she earned a BA in radio and television from Ryerson University in 1980 and a BA in psychology, with honors, from York University in 1990. Certified in CPR and first aid through the Canadian Red Cross and in advanced client-directed case management through Humber College, Ms. Yarek has authored poetry in psychology and mental health, including “Now” and “Reaching” in Eber & Wein Publishing’s “Best Poems” in 2014 and 2015, respectively; “Praying in the Hallway” in Sharing Magazine in 2013; and “Therapy and Feeling Secure” in the Journal of Ethics and Mental Health in 2013.
