Fisher-Dally worked for a prominent land surveyor for nine years before serving as a paralegal. She was a partner with Majestic Title Agency from 1998 to 2006, and from watching the nature of the business unfold before her eyes, she knew she could excel in a higher role, especially as the leader of a company. In 2006, she spearheaded Sunrise Title Service, Inc., in Belvidere, New Jersey, where she continues to represent her business as president and partner. Nominated as one of the Top 25 Women Entrepreneurs in 2019 in New Jersey by Leading Women Entrepreneurs, Ms. Fisher-Dally is a member of the BNI Networking Group and is a former member and officer of the Soroptomists of Hackettstown, New Jersey. A licensed title officer of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she is also a lifelong resident of Warren County, New Jersey. With more than 35 years of real estate and title experience, Ms. Fisher- Dally attributes her years of success to a positive attitude and having good people in her life. Over the years, she has learned from wonderful mentors such as Robert Berry, her first employer and land surveyor, and Thomas Stover, her second employer. She feels honored for them to have seen her potential when she was just a teenager, and still remains in touch with them to the present day. In five years’ time, Ms. Fisher-Dally hopes to be retired and traveling the world. Her advice to up-and-coming professionals is to never give up, do not feel you are not good enough and do not let anyone tell you otherwise. In her free time, Ms. Fisher-Dally enjoys playing golf and softball, as well as glamping. Notably, on numerous occasions she has received the Longest Drive for women in golf outings and was the recipient of the Outstanding Player Award from her years of softball. Additionally, Ms. Fisher-Dally dedicates time to her family, including her two children, Dana and Archie, and three grandchildren: Ethan, Ashlee and Holland. ENTREPRENEURS
