45 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine B acked by a Bachelor of Science in history, political science and anthropology from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, from 1978, William G. Thornbro is a notable writer and researcher with an interest in a diverse range of subjects in the physical and social sciences. In addition to climate, archeology, early Christian writings and other ancient texts, his other specialties include poetry and social and historical issues, garnering him an eclectic audience and well- known voice. Mr. Thornbro authored “A Midsummer’s Dream: For Thought and Inspiration” in 2013, “The Coming of the Dryas: Amidst the Warming a Cold Weather Clock Ticks Away in the Northern Seas” in 2012 and “An Uncertain Justice: Examination of the Eyewitness and Photographic Evidence in The Assassination of John F. Kennedy” in 2009. Mr. Thornbro also published a book of his own poetry in 2019. Inspired by the works of RalphWaldo Emerson, Mr. Thornbro got involved in writing after having significant spare time following a surgery. From his years working as a salesman, he had a wide vocabulary and creative selling points similar to what a writer should exhibit. Once he picked up his pen, he admits it took some time, but after his thoughts cohesively formed a plot and storyline, the writing came easily and therapeutically. Looking ahead in his writing career, Mr. Thornbro has plans to write a few more books, with one possibly being a novel. With his current works, he would like to have more promotions and attend more trade shows. His advice to fellow aspiring writers is to make time to write every day, as inspiration will come little by little and form into a work of art in time. He insists to find a subject you love, stay with it and have the will to work with it until completion. Mr. Thornbro is a member of the American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, the Arbor Day Foundation, the Academy of American Poets, the Planetary Society and the Sierra Club. In his free time, he enjoys reading, researching, writing, gardening, botany and photography. He has been highlighted in Who’s Who in America. WILLIAM G.
