Santelli is a noteworthy Professor of Art at the Center for Art and Design at the College of Saint Rose, a position he accepted in 1990. Since 1989, he has also served as co-founder of Insomnia Design. Interested in drawing and art from a formative age, and driven by the support and encouragement of his blue-collar parents, he enjoyed visiting art museums in New York City and refers to this environment as a “cultural reservoir.” Mr. Santelli’s work has been featured in numerous collections, galleries and juried exhibitions, and he has won many regional “Best in Show” awards for his photographic work. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Santelli served the Center for Art and Design as an Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Instructor and Summer Co-Chair of the Art Department in 2012. Previously, he was an Art Director for Weiss/ Watson, Inc., a photo assistant at the Michael Reinhardt Studio, and a graphic designer andmechanical artist for The American Broadcasting Co. He maintains affiliations with the International Center for Photography and The Center for Photography in Woodstock. THOMAS J. SANTELLI ELENA RODRIGO A notable pioneer in the music industry, particularly within the genre of Latino alternative music in the United States, Elena Rodrigo is the founder and president of the Music Joint Group in North Hollywood, California. Drawing upon more than 30 years of experience in representing Latin alternative artists, she has promoted prominent music festivals, national tours and sold-out stadium concerts. Some of her represented artists include Panteon Rococo, Alejandra Guzman, Aterciopelados, NTVG, Enjambre and Macaco, among others. Entering the music industry almost accidentally, Ms. Rodrigo boasts a background in journalism, radio and television. Supported by coursework in communication science at Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in Mexico, she previously served as a freelance writer, news anchor, creative services director and marketing director, among myriad other roles. Affiliated with the renowned Aztlan Records music label in the mid-to-late 1990s, she has also created ER:M+M, an event promotion and artist development agency. Ms. Rodrigo also helps charitable organizations with public relations, including Doctors Without Borders and PETA.
