Burbank is the distinguished founder and chief executive officer of Burbank Services, Inc., located in Edina, Minnesota. Opening his business as a cleaning services provider in 1991, he has ultimately accrued more than 55 years of inimitable professional experience. Previously, he excelled in the graphic design and typography industries as a former vice president of Perfection Graphics and Graphics Unlimited. He also flourished as president of Minnesota Graphics in Minneapolis for one decade. Prior to these appointments, he was vice president of AS Industries, the Pentagon Corporation and Twin City Index. At the inception of his career in 1963, he was vice president of Burbank Burns. Completing coursework at the University of Minnesota, Mr. Burbank enlisted in the United States Navy Reserves in 1961 and was promoted to petty officer within the United States Navy from 1963 until his honorable discharge in 1965. He is a past president of the International Typography Association and a former program chairman for the Regional Typographic Association. While his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of furnishing the typography for the Minneapolis Star Tribune during a strike.
