Deriving her experience from time spent as a sewing apprentice in her early 20s, she is now the owner and president of the Jackson SewingAcademy inOntario, Canada. Assuming her roles in 2017, Ms. Jackson and her academy produce online curricula that teach the skills and knowledge needed to become an alterations specialist. In order to reach her plethora of students, Ms. Jackson’s teachings are filmed in video format and are shared across several platforms. With aspirations to transform her knowledge into an eventual dressmaking-sewing contest, Ms. Jackson would also like to produce a television series surrounding dressmaking competitions. As the chief executive officer of JFK Tool & Die Corporation in Ontario, Canada, he has worked with markets to establish businesses, as well as devised parts for ventilators in hospital units and the internal components in hospitals’ air systems.
