MASTER PHOTOGRAPHER Jennifer King Photography, Jennifer King Photography Workshops United States of America Inspired by the influence of his parents, who were both musicians, Aaron Burton Krosnick is a renowned violinist and music educator who served Jacksonville University for 31 years until his retirement in 1998. Serving as an assistant professor, associate professor and full professor of music, he commenced his academic career in 1962 as an instructor of music at Wittenberg University. Throughout his educational tenure, he also served as a concertmaster at the Springfield Symphony Orchestra in Ohio from 1962 to 1967 and at the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra from 1970 to 1980. He continued with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra from 1980 to 1998 as an artist-in-residence. Supported by a BA in French literature from Yale University and an MS in violin and chamber music from the prestigious Julliard School of Music, Mr. Krosnick was a Fulbright scholar at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in Belgium from 1961 to 1962. Notably, he has won several accolades for his musical prowess and recorded “The Music of Fredrick Delius” through the Musical Heritage Society. Impressively, he was a semi-finalist at the Nicolo Paganini International Violin Competition in Genoa, Italy, in 1970.
