Since 2015, she has served as the founder of the Ms. Kemmy Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing relief to poor and struggling families worldwide. Running the daily operations and management of the foundation, she oversees ambassadors and missionary work in the United States, India, Nigeria and Mexico. Notably, the foundation assists individuals by providing food, human community services, and sponsorship of trainings and education programs. In addition, Ms. Oyeneyin is the group vice president of administration and human resources at the Nigeria Backbone Infrastructure Foundation and chief executive officer of Topfabrics and the Talent Acquisition and Training Institute. In her spare time, she frequents the Crown of Glory Worship Center, where she leads a weekly group titled “Awakening Intercessors.” Likewise, she holdsmembershipwith the Society of Human Resource Management. Looking ahead, she hopes for the foundation to reach more lives and work with more countries across the globe. She attributes her current day success to a passion and love for others. FOUNDER Ms. Kemmy Foundation Columbia, MD J oining the Episcopal Church at the age of 19, Nancy T. Mason Richmond was influenced by her priest to enter the field of community service. At the inception of her career in 1964, she was the assistant to the chief justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court in Boston for four years before becoming a community liaison for the Action for Boston Community Development in 1968. Holding the role until 1973, she then served the East Boston Community Development Association as a management consultant until 1978 and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Boston as assistant director of the commission through 1986. Prior to retiring in 1998, she served as director of contracts for the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. The recipient of a BA from the University of Massachusetts Boston from 1977, Ms. Richmond maintains membership with the National Organization of Women. She has earned numerous accolades throughout her career, including a Good Citizen Award from the Daughters of the American Revolution, a Community Service Award from Northeastern University and a Governor’s Citation for Outstanding Performance.
