305 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine TECHNOLOGY S ince 2008, Denise A. Wintz has excelled as the owner of Computer Green Team. Located in Brooklyn, New York, Computer Green Team is a small business that offers green solutions to other small corporations, accompanied by other information technology necessities. Ms. Wintz graduated from the Brooklyn Technical High School in 1981 and pursued coursework in computer science at Fordham University in 1985 and at Medgar Evers College from 2009 to 2011. As such, she holds myriad certifications in information technology. Concurrent to her endeavors with Computer Green Team, Ms. Wintz has served as an information technology specialist and administrator for Radnet since 2013. Prior to this venture, she served as a Windows 7 deployment coordinator for InSource Incorporated from 2012 to 2013, a retail specialist at Amway from 1986 to 2011, a help desk director at Safe Horizon from 2006 to 2007, and in various information technology roles for Primerica from 2003 to 2010, the New York City Department of Education from 1999 to 2003 and the New York Blood Center from 1997 to 1999. Civically involved as well, Ms. Wintz has contributed to the Children of Homage and the Emmanuel Baptist Church, and since 2009, has volunteered with Rebuilding New York City. She has maintained membership with the National Association of Professional Women since 2015, for whom she served as a Westchester chapter president from 2017 to 2019. Furthermore, she is affiliated with the National Association of Female Executives, the Corporate Women’s Network and the National Society of Black Engineers. Possessing 12 years of end-user experience in Word processing and desktop publishing, Ms. Wintz is acclaimed throughout New York and the five boroughs for her imminent expertise in information technology, desktop support and communication. She was featured in Home PC Magazine’s August 1996 issue, as well as listed in the International Who’s Who of Information Technology in 1998, 2006 and 2007. Additionally, Ms. Wintz was honored with a Team Player Award from the New York City Department of Education in 2002 and a Youth Leaders of Emmanuel Volunteer Award from the Emmanuel Baptist Church in 2016.
