Most recently serving as a consultant and call center director for APC Workforce Solutions from 2012 to 2013, he formerly spent 24 years with Advertising Solutions/Yellow Pages in Dallas in their call center between 1988 and 2012. From 1979 to 1988, he excelled as a district manager of the Residence Service Center for SBC Corporation in Kansas City, Kansas, and commenced his career in 1966 with Southwestern Bell Telephone Corporation, for whom he served for 22 years. Valuing the importance of human relations and communication, Mr. Strohl is the author of the book “Life is All About Relationships,” published in 2018. In his book, he details his personal experiences while serving Southwestern Bell and AT&T, including his relationships and achievements. To attest to his success, he was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame at Southwestern College in 2007, who also honored him with the 1988 Master Builder Award and for whom he served as a guest lecturer. Dravillas entered the telecommunications industry to help businesses achieve improved efficiencies and increased client satisfaction. His success in meeting those needs earned him several promotions from Account Executive to Chief Business Development Officer during his 13 years at BTI Communications Group. In 2006, he transitioned to Mitel Networks Corporation to help other service providers in meeting the client’s needs as the industry was transitioning. During his tenure, he rose through the ranks to head vertical segment sales in the Americas. His success at these companies included 10 President’s Club awards. In 2017, Mr. Dravillas joined Percipia, a leading hospitality integration and mobility solution provider, as their Vice-President of Global Sales. His successful strategy of fulfilling the client’s needs has combined with the next-generation guestroom technologies. He is also involved with numerous civic duties, including coaching Little League, serving as President of the Chicago chapter for Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, and a former Parish President of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Chicago.
