Deriving her experience from time spent as a sewing apprentice in her early 20s, she is now the owner and president of the Jackson SewingAcademy inOntario, Canada. Assuming her roles in 2017, Ms. Jackson and her academy produce online curricula that teach the skills and knowledge needed to become an alterations specialist. In order to reach her plethora of students, Ms. Jackson’s teachings are filmed in video format and are shared across several platforms.
