Petree subsequently earned a BA and an MA from the University of Redlands in 1976 and 1979, respectively. At the inception of her career in 1956, she served as a staff nurse at the Children’s Hospital for five years before joining Stanford University Hospital in 1961. Now accruing nearly 40 years of excellence at Stanford, Ms. Petree has served the hospital as a staff nurse, head nurse, nursing coordinator of the clinical delivery room, senior staff nurse of the obstetrics unit, and senior staff nurse of labor and delivery. Likewise, she has been a nurse educator at Stanford University’s outreach program and a perinatal consultant. Conducting numerous clinical nurse presentations throughout her career, Ms. Petree is a registered nurse in California and certified in electronic fetal monitoring. Affiliated with the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, she was named North California Nurse of the Year by the organization in 1986. Furthermore, she maintains membership with the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses and the California Perinatal Association. OBSTETRIC NURSE Stanford University Hospital Mountain View, CA D r. Ellen Eugenia Foster Randle is an opera and classical singer, educator and psychotherapist. Renowned for her operatic voice, she has been the assistant artistic director of Opera Piccola in Oakland, California, since 1990. Likewise, she has been an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix-Northern California since 2001. She served in psychotherapy between 2000 and 2011 and was in private practice with Dr. Harmesh Kumar between 2004 and 2006. Drawing upon years of coursework in the United States, Italy, Austria and Germany, Dr. Foster Randle holds a BA in world history and an MA in music performing arts from Lone Mountain College. She also earned an MA in life transitional counseling, an MA in family therapy and an EdD in international multicultural education, all from the University of San Francisco. She had five academic minors in theology, music, curriculum, psychology and early childhood education. Dr. Foster Randle has been a speaker on stress and coping skills in China and Mexico, as well as a music director, singer and actor throughout Canada and Africa.
