Specializing in exceptional recipe creations and innovative menu development, he opened the doors to his restaurant in 2017. A family business, his wife, Mica Ray, serves as co-owner and operations director and his 19-year-old daughter, Kira, serves as a hostess and greeter. Prior to attaining his current role, Mr. Robbins served as a corporate executive chef for Vienna Hofbrau/Falcon on Sunset, Koros and Smith Bros/Parkway Grill between 2005 and 2009. He commenced his career in 1998 as an executive chef for Ten Restaurant Group for two years and was with the Patina Restaurant Group for four years. Named Caterer of the Year by BIZBASH in 2016, Mr. Robbins attributes his success to his passion for the culinary arts and business management, as well as the overall culture surrounding restaurant life. While his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of his business thriving, even amid the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. Looking ahead, Mr. Robbins intends to spearhead several more restaurants in the upcoming future.
