An immigrant herself, who emigrated from Lebanon to the United States at the age of 12, she understands innately the troubles immigrants endure when seeking asylum and citizenship. She is renowned across the globe as a passionate advocate for voices unheard, as well as for her compassion and understanding for each client. While serving in this capacity, she pursued legal studies at the Massachusetts School of Law, obtaining a JD in 2013. Throughout the course of her career, she has built upon her legal acumen in various areas of law, including immigration law, personal injury law, and divorce and family law. While her career has been abound with highlights, Ms. Atallah is especially proud of representing New Hampshire resident Amer Fakhoury, who was imprisoned by the Lebanese government in September 2019 despite struggling with severe medical ailments. With the support of New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Ms. Atallah was able to file legislation for sanctions against Lebanese officials involved in the detainment. Triumphantly, Mr. Fakhoury was able to return to the United States in March 2020. To attest to her profound success, Ms. Atallah was named among the Top 10 Attorneys in Massachusetts in 2018 and 2019 and was recognized as a Lawyer of Distinction in 2020. In her spare time, she enjoys offering her legal services pro bono with churches in her local area. She has maintained membership with the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Immigration Project.
