At the inception of his career in 1975, Mr. Lynch served as an associate for Maloney, Milner & McDowell before becoming an associate turned partner at Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox, remaining with the firm until 1988. Subsequently, from 1988 to 1992, he was a partner at Gardere & Wynne. Since 2012, Mr. Lynch has served as the owner and an attorney of The Lynch Law Firm in Dallas, where he focuses his practice on civil and complex litigation. Described by his colleagues as highly prepared, he is also notable for his ability to memorize large quantities of information, often bringing this talent to the courtroom where he interviews expert witnesses. Likewise, Mr. Lynch previously excelled as an adjunct professor at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law between 1985 and 1995, where he also instructed legal writing from 1975 to 1977. He has further contributed chapters to books and presented at seminars across the country. Affiliated with his local Rotary Club, Mr. Lynch contributed to the raising of $250,000 for Ryan’s House, a pediatric aid center, in 1998. To attest to his success, Mr. Lynch was named among Outstanding Young Men of America in 1979. He is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a past treasurer of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
