251 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine LAW AND LAW ENFORCEMENT S upported by more than 40 years of experience in law, Dianne Martha Nast, Esq., has been serving her eponymously-named firm, Nast Law LLC, in Philadelphia since 2012. As founder, senior member and president, she practices within the realms of antitrust law, pharmaceutical law, medical devices and civil litigation, among several other areas. Since the firm’s inception in 2012, she has escalated it to become a nationally and internationally recognized practice in complex litigation. Prior to establishing Nast Law, Ms. Nast was a senior shareholder with Kohn, Nast & Graf, P.C., for nearly 20 years and excelled as a senior shareholder for RodaNast, P.C., for 17 years. In addition, she has held roles in continuing legal education, including programs for the American Bar Association, the American Law Institute, the National College of Advocacy Lawyers and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Nast holds a BA from Pennsylvania State University and a JD from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, which she obtained in 1976. Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she has also been admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and 11th Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States. To attest to her success, Ms. Nast was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Professional Excellence Award from The Legal Intelligencer in 2016 and 2017, respectively, as well as a Pursuit of Justice Award from the American Bar Association in 2015. Named to Best Lawyers in America since 2003 and a Super Lawyer since 2002, she is also AV Rated through Martindale-Hubbell. Likewise, Philadelphia Magazine named her among Philadelphia’s Best Complex Litigation Lawyers, and the National Law Journal named her to the Nation’s Top 50 Women Litigators.
