Stamps, Esq., has honorably served as a partner to the Stamps Law Offices in Dayton, Ohio, since 1999. Specializing in bankruptcy law as it relates to debt, IRS tax resolution, mortgage defense and creditor harassment, he boasts more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Prior to engaging in his professional endeavors, Mr. Stamps earned a BS in marketing fromWright State University in 1996 and a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999. That same year, he was admitted to the Ohio State Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Influenced to enter the field of law by his father, who was also an attorney, Mr. Stamps attributes his success to his faith in God and his desire to follow God’s will in serving others. With this sentiment, he has contributed civically to his local church over the years and has sought to help as many people as possible.
