He has been admitted to the bars of Missouri, Montana and Illinois, and maintains membership with the Missouri Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, Montana Bar Association, Cole County Bar Association, Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Practicing law for nearly 20 years, Mr. Wilbers worked directly with a nationally-recognized law firm upon his law school graduation, in which he represented injured railroad workers across the United States. He has also clerked for the Missouri Supreme Court and previously served on the University of Missouri’s law school honor and ethics committee as chairman. He has further maintained membership with the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and in 2015, obtained the 14th highest jury verdict in Missouri in a case on behalf of an individual who was injured by a drunk driver. In light of his success, Mr. Wilbers was named Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s Up and Coming Attorney in 2015 and a Rising Star by Missouri Kansas Super Lawyers in 2016. Likewise, he was honored as a Super Lawyer in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Civically involved as well, Mr. Wilbers sits on the board of directors for the Soulard School and has been a donor for the Outreach Center in Hayti, Missouri. His endowment to the Outreach Center has provided hundreds of children with the necessary resources to succeed in both their personal and professional lives.
