CULBERT I nspired to enter law by his father, who was an attorney with the federal government, Peter V. Culbert desired to help others with a similar purpose. Receiving a BA from Cornell University and an MA from the University at Buffalo, he went on to attain a JD from the University of New Mexico in 1977. Upon being admitted to the New Mexico State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mack Easley with the New Mexico Supreme Court. From there, he became senior partner at Jones, Snead, Wertheim, Wentworth & Jaramillo in 1978 – a position he held for 20 years. Since 1998, Mr. Culbert has served as an attorney at law in private practice. Although his career has abundant highlights, he is especially proud of winning the case Chavez v. Singer. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, and has been a semi- professional Flamenco guitarist for 25 years. A fourth generation lawyer in his family, Benjamin W. Hahn matriculated in Stanford University, where he received a BA in economics in 1975 and graduated from Stanford’s Law School with a JD in 1979. Upon receiving his law degree, he joined the law department of Exxon, remaining with the company for the following seven years. Subsequently, Mr. Hahn joined Littler Mendelson, P.C., in 1986 and Hahn, Kyle & Holer in 1996 prior to becoming partner at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP in 2005. Since 2013, he has excelled as a member and manager of Hahn Law LLC, where he specializes in employment, franchise, civil litigation and corporate law. During his career, Mr. Hahn notably represented two Washington, D.C., health care organizations that provided services to underserved families and children with special needs. Citing this experience as a highlight of his career, he aided the organizations in avoiding transactional lawsuits. He attributes his success to his perseverance.
