Departing from the military after three years, he was hired by a welding supplier upon being offered a job at the company. Since 2016, he has flourished as an outside sales support professional for Matherson Tri-Gas, Inc., having formerly been affiliated with the business as a branch manager, pumper, salesman and driver. Decorated with numerous accolades, Mr. Worrall received the Regional Customer Service Managers Award and an Internal Supplier Award. He attributes his profound success within his profession to his military upbringing, and he finds that the most rewarding aspect of his career has been helping clients overcome their struggles. Mr. Worrall advises future professionals to learn to the best of their abilities, do not forfeit in the face of adversity, leverage knowledge learned from other figures in the field and always work diligently. Looking toward the future, he intends to ease into retirement, enjoying fishing by the lake and riding his motorcycle in his leisure time.
