STIRUSHNIK With more than three decades of experience to his credit, Eric M. Stirushnik has excelled as a quality engineering supervisor with Daimler Trucks North America since 2012, having previously served the company as a quality leader, CMM operator and quality laboratory inspector beginning in 1997. In his role, he supervises teams for internal and external problem solving and oversees metric reporting and warranty analysis, among other duties. Earlier in his career, he was an engineering technician with Pass & Seymour from 1988 to 1997, and has maintained an ISO 9001 certification. To prepare for his career, Mr. Stirushnik pursued a formal education at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management in 2007. He was also inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Civically engaged as well, he lends his spare time as a volunteer at his local church and enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and three grandchildren. Looking toward the future, Mr. Stirushnik intends to ease into a welldeserved retirement while doing consulting work. An entrepreneur and expert in the energy, gas and oil industries, John G. Trapuzzano and his brother, Ben, established Appalachia Energy Partners in 2019. A diversified supplier of oil and gas services, among other industries, Appalachia Energy Partners specializes in transportation, hauling and logistics, and the company is renowned for their continuous adherence to quality, unparalleled customer service and communication skills. Providing high-profile energy producers with comprehensive construction and testing services, Appalachia Energy Partners would not exist without the intelligence, drive and passion of the Trapuzzano brothers. Exceeding sales projections from $3.5 million to $12.2 million between 2019 and 2020, Appalachia should exceed $25 million in sales by the end of 2021. Prior to taking on his recent role, Mr. Trapuzzano served as the owner of Poly-Cor Enterprise between 2008 and 2018 and was a sales manager for Airgas for 15 years. He attributes his success to his joy and love for his work. Looking forward, Appalachia intends to build a hydrogen plant to lower the carbon footprint in West Virginia and help grow the company exponentially to help others to the best of his ability. JOHN G.
