Mr. Davis has been a co-author and contributing author of several books on marriage and divorce, and has written articles for multiple law journals. He also served as a member of the editorial board of the Equitable Distribution Journal from 1984 to 2007. His work in the field earned him the Samuel S. Berger Award from the Illinois chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 2009 and recognition as Chicago’s Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in 2010. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.
