Prior to delving into real estate, he served ABC News in New York City as a member of the production team for “Good Morning America” between 1999 and 2001. He draws upon a Bachelor of Arts in radio, television and film from Temple University in 1997 and a degree in journalism from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in 1999. Notably, Mr. Holmes was featured for seven years in Jersey Monthly Magazine, where he was highlighted among the top realtors in the state. He was also featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine, as well as with an article inside the pages of Morris Essex Health and Life Magazine. In 2019, Mr. Holmes was honored with a Distinguished Sales Award from the New Jersey Board of Realtors, having previously been recognized as one of the Top 1% of Agents in the State of New Jersey. Impressively, Mr. Holmes reached that percentile in approximately eight years, surpassing his initial goal. Mr. Holmes was inspired by his father, who always taught him to persevere and work to the best of his abilities. He attributes his immense success to his diligent work ethic and his honesty. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is a donor for the North Shore Animal League of America and enjoys construction and flipping houses in his spare time. Living and working by the motto, “Make me a better person tomorrow than I was today,” he intends to educate emerging real estate agents in the upcoming future by equipping them with the proper skills necessary to handle others’ investments.
