Upon establishing a small family restaurant in San Remo, Italy, Mr. Zacchino learned the intricacies of both business management and the culinary arts. He then decided to visit his daughter in the United States, who lived in the state of Arizona. Subsequently, he became enthralled with the Arizona climate and lifestyle and sought to develop his own restaurant within the United States. Since 1996, Mr. Zacchino has excelled as the owner of Tutti Santi Italian Restaurant. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Tutti Santi Italian Restaurant is noteworthy for setting the standard of Italian fine dining and has gained recognition across the nation and abroad in a variety of other countries. Leveraging his late wife’s menu, Mr. Zacchino has expanded upon the restaurant’s selection of delectable dishes, including original recipes and Italian classics. Among the many plates offered, his patrons are exceptionally fond of the mozzarella caprese pizza cold appetizer, comprised of fresh beefsteak tomatoes, fresh basil and sliced mozzarella, as well as the Carpaccio di Blue, thin slices of raw filet mignon with tomato basil, capers, olive oil and Parmigiano. Mr. Zacchino emphasizes that his favorite menu item is the Calamari Fritti.
