256 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS Since 2010, Brandon Montella has excelled as owner and founder of TheWay LLC, a fitness and boxing gym inWoburn, Massachusetts. The gym provides fitness programs to clients on every fitness level and at any age, such as cardio and strength exercises, circuit training, boxing conditioning and obstacle courses. A seasoned personal trainer, Mr. Montella teaches several classes at The Way LLC, alongside another personal trainer, a professional boxer and an onsite massage therapist. Outside of The Way LLC, he is also the founder of the nonprofit, Mission Ready. Mission Ready assists at-risk youths and underserved veterans in establishing mental strength through physical fitness and received the Cummings Foundation 100K grant in only its second year. Mr. Montella intends to continue challenging himself with ultra-running to raise funding for Mission Ready. Earlier, Mr. Montella began boxing at the age of 31. Impressively, he won the Golden Gloves after nine months of training and fought 21 amateur fights before becoming a professional boxer. Eventually retiring from the sport, he was ranked 23rd in the U.S. Additionally, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1999 to 2003. OWNER, FOUNDER The Way LLC Saugus, MA Interested in the field of psychology from a formative age, Alexandra Nagg developed an inherent desire to help others. By the age of 12, she knew she would enter the health care industry. As such, Ms. Nagg obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with minors in sociology and women’s studies, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree inprofessional counseling fromCarlowUniversity, which she earned in 2008. Leveraging several certifications to supplement her professional experience, Ms. Nagg is a licensed professional counselor, national certified counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor, and certified mental health integrative medicine provider. Since 2017, Ms. Nagg has excelled as a licensed professional counselor for CounselingWellness of Indiana County, a private practice in Pennsylvania where she works alongside two other therapists and an office manager. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, she works two days in-office and two days conducting telehealth appointments. Earlier in her career, Ms. Nagg received her professional counseling license in 2011 and completed an internship under the tutelage of Dr. Carolyn Menta. Looking forward, Ms. Nagg intends to experience the continued growth of her career.
