130 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine EDUCATION Since 2005, Dino Riese has excelled as a technology teacher and the department head of computer graphics and interactive media through the New York City Board of Education. In his roles, he is responsible for writing the curriculum for the technology program, as well as conducting staff development for educators to incorporate technology in core coursework. In 2022, he developed StudentPortfolioNY.com to help students showcase their graphic design projects and to host their online portfolio website designs for college admissions. Mr. Riese established DinoRiese.com, Inc., in 1997, for which he serves as owner and president. In his roles, he has constructed mobile-responsive websites for a variety of small and large businesses. Furthermore, his company offers web hosting, blog creation, creative content writing, and search engine optimization (SEO) rankings for his clients. Notably, he has supported hundreds of companies through SEO and has created computer graphics and interactive media curricula for his students in the New York City area. He specializes in teaching English language learners and students with special needs to use art as a window to teach all subject matter with his aesthetic and graphic talents. Mr. Riese attended Nassau Community College, obtaining an associate degree in liberal arts in 2000. He subsequently received a BFA in computer graphics and interactive media from the New York Institute of Technology in 2003. Thereafter, he received a second BFA in visual arts education in 2005 and an MS in instructional technology in 2007, both from the New York Institute of Technology, graduating with presidential honors and being inducted into the Golden Key International Honor Society. Mr. Riese received the John J. Theobald Graduate Achievement Award in Instructional Technology from the president of the New York Institute of Technology, Edward Giuliano, in 2007.
