Over the course of his career, Mr. Hester has largely attributed his success to his faith. In the coming years, he intends to create a gospel blues album, having already completed a majority of the writing process for it. Furthermore, Mr. Hester aims to continue growing his several companies, which he hopes his sons will someday inherit. Since 1992, Steve Hester has built a thriving career as the chief executive officer of Steve Hester & Sons LLC. The family-owned business specializes in providing construction, electrical, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services throughout the greater Little Rock metropolitan region of Arkansas. In his current role, Mr. Hester is responsible for overseeing all employees and managing bids for residential and commercial properties. In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Hester is also the chief executive officer and owner of the Steve Hester Band, a festival and wedding band in which he performs as a vocalist and bass guitarist. To wit, he has been playing music for over 50 years, having first played an instrument when he was 13 years old. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Hester earned his license as an HVAC contractor in the stateof Arkansas. Hepreviously servedas thevice president of the Arkansas River Blues Society, and he continues to maintain membership with the Arkansas HVACR Association.
