72 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARTS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT Channeling her passion for dance into her professional endeavors, Selvi Pragasam excels as the founder and artistic director of the Kalanityam School of Bharathanatyam, a music and dance production school in San Jose, California. Alongside these appointments, Ms. Pragasam has also been the founder of the IndianFusion Dance Academy since 2006 and the co-founder of InFUSE Educational Services since 2018. Earlier in her career, she served as a defense contractor for Lockheed Martin between 2000 and 2006. Drawing upon a bachelor’s degree in business from Bharathidasan University, Ms. Pragasam also earned an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and completed coursework in multimedia communications at the University of California Santa Cruz. Furthermore, she received a master’s degree in dance from Kalaikaviri, affiliated with Bharathidasan University. Among her many career achievements, Ms. Pragasam is especially gratified to have been selected to represent her dance school at The Vatican. Notably, she was one of only seven individuals selected to attend and perform before Pope John Paul II in 1987. Looking forward, Ms. Pragasam intends to mentor emerging professionals and serve as a student counselor. FOUNDER, ARTISTIC DIRECTOR Kalanityam School of Bharathanatyam San Jose, CA SELVI PRAGASAM AUTHOR Columbus, OH Having accrued nearly five decades of professional experience, Jane Lee Mullowney is an accomplished author and artist. Under her pen name Jane B. Lee, she has authored and published several novels, including “Red’s Revenge,” “Angel the Assassin” and “Identity.” Since high school, Ms. Mullowney has been an avid writer, and she dedicates at least two to 10 hours each day to writing. In addition to her primary vocation as an author, Ms. Mullowney has worked as an environmentalist since 1974. Since 2003, she has flourished as the president of Monitor Tech Lab LLC, which manufactures emissions monitoring systems, as well as equipment used in methane laboratories. Ms. Mullowney’s experience in the field is bolstered by her academic credentials, having earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Loyola Marymount University and a master’s degree in international marketing, aerospace engineering and art from California State University. To wit, Ms. Mullowney is proud to have patented several innovative technologies in her secondary field.
