Las Cruces, NM ROBERT J. ALDERMAN Robert J. Alderman is a proven expert in the engineering industry. Drawing on over four decades of experience in heater design and maintenance, he previously excelled as the commissioning manager at the IPPL site for OnQuest Canada ULC for 34 years. Having exited his former leadership position, he has operated as the owner and lead freelance consultant of Alcasa since 2006. Mr. Alderman initiated his career serving as a field heater inspector and working in fabrication shops. He then moved into construction and commissioning with Born Heaters, and he later became Propak’s heater designer for 10 years. As part of his career, Mr. Alderman pursued a formal education, completing coursework in process engineering at the University of Calgary and subsequently earning pertinent certifications in his area of study. Likewise, he is fully certified in project management training and Lean Six Sigma, as recognized by Villanova University. In his adjacent civic-minded pursuits, Mr. Alderman continues to participate as a leader of various scouting programs. Attributing his success to his dedicated work ethic, he is particularly proud to have cultivated fulfilling industry experiences around the world. Leveraging more than four decades of professional experience, Mary A. Garza is a proven leader in the energy industry. In 1979, she founded Solar Electric Company, Inc., alongside her late husband, Ralph, and she continues to serve as the company’s chief executive officer. Serving the states of New Mexico and Texas, the business is well-regarded for its high-quality electrical contracting services and dedication to customer service. In light of her commitment to excellence, Ms. Garza has received numerous accolades over the course of her career, including Public Service Company of New Mexico Entrepreneurial Leadership Awards in 2001 and 2002. As part of her dedication to her profession, Ms. Garza remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the Small Business Association and the National Contract Management Association. She also pursued a formal education prior to embarking upon her career, completing collegiate coursework in business, advertising studies and secretarial skills. In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Garza attributes much of her success to her the support and friendship of her employees.
