Since 2015, he has served as a cofounder and president of HandledNow. Headquartered in Fishers, Indiana, the value-oriented, customer-focused employment agency offers a wealth of high-quality trucking and shipment services. In his leadership role, Mr. Elsts monitors daily operations and works alongside staff members to ensure their needs are met. Mr. Elsts additionally serves as the owner of HomeWorx Indy, his home improvement and construction business based in Carmel, Indiana. Wellregarded for its record of success and high-quality work, the company offers such services as exterior and interior painting, roofing repair and replacement, flooring, remodeling, tiling and deck building. Mr. Elsts originally founded the business in 2020. Prior to beginning his career in 2009, Mr. Elsts pursued a formal education at Indiana Wesleyan University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management in 2008. After working in his field for nearly a decade and serving in several transportation and distribution positions, he subsequently returned to the university to continue his studies, achieving an MBA in 2019. Outside of his vocational interests, Mr. Elsts also remains active in his community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly volunteering with organizations such as Dress for Success and the Midwest Food Bank. Furthermore, HandledNow maintains affiliation with the Women in Trucking Association. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Elsts has largely attributed his success to his desire to have a positive impact on the lives of others. In the coming years, Mr. Elsts intends to continue empowering others and hopes to begin his own nonprofit organization.
