Alongside her independent work, Ms. Santillo has served as a lead development coach at Wanderlust Campus since 2023, where she was certified as a travel professional in 2020 and a travel industry coach in 2021. Acknowledging her team’s invaluable contributions, which have encouraged her to grow professionally and personally, Ms. Santillo also credits the mentorship of Cyndi Williams, the owner of Wanderlust Campus, as pivotal to her career development. Additionally, Ms. Santillo has served as the founder and owner of JS Creative Concepts & Marketing LLC since 2016, where she provides creative marketing solutions, event planning, and media relations strategies for small and independent businesses and nonprofit organizations. Earlier in her career, she was an intern at Clear Channel Communications, a desktop publisher at AchieveGlobal (now Miller Heiman Group), and a public relations specialist at Shriners Hospital for Children in Tampa. She also served as an expert freelance writer and editor for LivePerson from 2006 to 2011. Ms. Santillo holds a BA in mass communication from the University of South Florida and an MA in management from Bellevue University.
