Ms. Giombetti is an associate broker with Berkshire Hathaway. She leads a team of nine people and aims to deliver the highest level of service to her clients. A key part of her work is helping first-time homeowners navigate the buying or selling processes, as this can often lead to difficult decisions. She also assists clients who are downsizing to smaller residences, a process that can be emotionally challenging. Above all, Ms. Giombetti seeks to ensure that her clients feel secure in their housing situations and that she provides them with the best possible investment options. In fact, she considers her investment expertise a significant asset. She values helping people and finds fulfillment in serving them. The empathy and care with which Ms. Giombetti approaches her work stem from her first professional role working with returning Vietnam veterans who tested positive for drug addiction. She then moved from Tennessee to Washington State, where she interned at a women’s prison. Ms. Giombetti’s background in social services brings a strong sense of understanding to her career, fostering a safe environment for families to determine their next steps. She believes that kindness must come first and that working in a people-centered profession should be taken seriously. An essential part of her legacy is valuing others as deeply as family so that they feel loved and cared for without exception. Ms. Giombetti continues her service to others through her membership in the Junior League. Despite her success, she is most proud of her two daughters, one of whom works with her in real estate and the other in mortgages. She is also an avid runner, a habit she began during the second trimester of her second pregnancy 47 years ago. Dianne Giombetti’s career did not begin in real estate but in social work. However, after subdividing her 10acre property in Washington into four lots and selling them separately, she felt that if she could achieve such a task for herself, she could do it for others.
