Rowe Price, a global investment management firm, advancing through the company’s Baltimore and Colorado Springs offices. Beginning as a CCG specialist, she progressed through roles as a specialist, analyst, senior analyst, lead manager and assistant vice president before serving as senior manager and vice president from 2021 to 2025. During her more than 20 years in investment management and finance, particularly within investment compliance, Ms. Serna developed a passion for protecting client interests and ensuring regulatory adherence. She uses this passion now at Rigelia Strategies, helping small- and mid-sized sustainability companies navigate compliance risks.
