With academic roots in criminal justice and law enforcement – well aligned to the background screening space – Ms. Toth began in operations and rotated through multiple roles to learn the business end-to-end. That breadth expanded her impact across teams and workflows, ultimately leading to her promotion to assistant vice president of operations, a position she held until 2017. In 2017, Ms. Toth moved into the role of assistant vice president of M&A client integrations, guiding clients through complex transitions while protecting service continuity. She later served as assistant vice president of global fulfillment solutions, continuing to connect operational discipline with strong customer outcomes. In late 2019, Ms. Toth transitioned into product management, where her operational background became an advantage. As senior director of product management, she helps shape solutions grounded in the realities of delivery, scale, efficiency, and customer needs. Alongside a full-time career and family life, Ms. Toth recommitted herself to formal learning in 2019 by pursuing her bachelor’s degree. She earned a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies from Kent State University in 2022, reinforcing a consistent theme in her career: growth is intentional, and it does not stop with a title. Next, Ms. Toth plans to continue mentoring through First Advantage®’s mentorship program and College Now Greater Cleveland, helping others build momentum early in their careers. She is also focused on deepening her understanding of artificial intelligence and practical applications, recognizing how quickly AI is reshaping skills and strategy. Her approach remains consistent: stay curious, keep contributing and grow with the work. Some careers are defined by bold pivots; others by steady progress and curiosity sustained over time.
