Throughout his career, Mr. Laury has built a reputation for doing the work others avoid. He brings a relentless, disciplined mindset to everything he pursues, grounded in grit, resilience and consistency under pressure. His philosophy is simple: effort and preparation create separation. Drawn early to data and technology, Mr. Laury began his professional career at TEKsystems as an applications IT recruiter and account manager. In 2016, he joined Speedeon, a data and digital solutions company, as a business development manager. Over the next six years, he advanced within the organization before continuing his career at Visier Inc. and other high-growth companies. In 2025, he returned to Speedeon as a senior agency services account executive, where he plays a key role in building the company’s Enterprise Services division while serving as a strategic partner to both agency and brand clients. Since rejoining, he has secured major accounts, exceeded 100% of his third-quarter quota within four months, and achieved full-year quota attainment. A defining moment in Mr. Laury’s career came during his time as an account director at Remesh. Despite being new to the research space, he leveraged his data expertise to outperform expectations, finishing the year with the highest number of new client acquisitions company-wide. Mr. Laury’s experience spans both billiondollar enterprises and early-stage startups, giving him a well-rounded perspective on scaling businesses, navigating change and driving growth at every stage. Outside of work, he co-hosts the podcast “Frankly Fantasy Football,” now in its sixth season, with over 5,000 subscribers and more than one million views. Frank Laury began his journey as a premed student and football player at the University of Akron, but a series of concussions and surgeries ultimately forced him to step away. He used that unexpected transition as an opportunity for growth, spending time traveling extensively and living in Asia.
