Ms. Talati served as the keynote speaker at the 2024 European Chatbot & Conversational AI Summit. She also spoke at the RE•WORK Conversational AI Summit and the Virtual Beings Summit and was a guest on the VUX podcast. Ms. Talati’s courage to embrace risks that others might hesitate to take has been a significant driver behind her success. She is guided by a deep-seated urge to assist others, which has been a powerful force behind her resilience. Over the years, Ms. Talati has also learned to trust herself and embrace her intuition, enabling her to gain a broader understanding of stability and fulfillment. Led by the understanding that achieving her dreams will take focus, intention and dedication, she is working to build her own legacy piece by piece. parents and their children regarding the passing down of values, family history and lessons. Interviewing several dozen wealth management executives and writing more than 130 articles shaped her approach to AI technology, emphasizing authenticity and ensuring that the human spirit is preserved. Ms. Talati left journalism in 2017 to co-found HereAfter AI. The startup was featured in a Wall Street Journal documentary on legacy, earning the publication its first Emmy Award in 132 years. It was a full-circle moment that she was especially proud of. Moreover, the company was also named one of Business Insider’s Top 10 startups in the United States. Despite the media attention, Ms. Talati exited HereAfter AI in 2020 and joined Anthem Inc. (now Elevance Health) as an Alexa voice designer. In this role, she mapped out conversations based on user needs, experiences and journeys to ensure they were natural. She then undertook similar responsibilities as a voice UX designer at GEICO. Beginning in 2021, Ms. Talati was the senior leader of conversational AI at GoDaddy Operating Company LLC. In 2024, she stepped away to redesign and relaunch HereAfter AI as Heirlooms Inc.
