Mr. Ikpo’s passion was ignited when he joined Cognizant in 2024 as a senior technology consultant. Here, he collaborates with major corporations and oversees upscale operational solutions to enhance their business operations and better serve customers. He has worked with companies including Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, AT&T and PNC. Looking ahead, Mr. Ikpo aims to continue growing UpScale Ops while advancing at Cognizant. He also hopes to establish a private equity firm to invest in essential needs. Dr. Eugenia M. Davalos is a transformation executive with 20 years of experience leading complex business and technology change across multinational corporations, healthcare systems and global enterprises. She specializes in innovation, digital transformation, organizational change and operational excellence. As founder and chief executive officer of Waves of Change LLC, she advises organizations on strategic transformation in business and healthcare. Her recent work includes co-leading a major global Oracle Cloud implementation for Grupo Bimbo and aligning technology investments with business goals to boost growth. Dedicated to developing future leaders, Dr. Davalos is preparing to launch Waves of Kindness, a nonprofit connecting experienced women leaders with emerging professionals for mentorship and career growth. Dr. Davalos holds a PhD in organizational development and transformation from Benedictine University, an MS in management information systems from DePaul University, and certifications from the University of Chicago and Project Management Institute. She is also pursuing a certificate in AI governance from Harvard.
