Lettera is the co-founder of Fairbridge Asset Management, a national real estate credit platform and REIT operating across all 50 states. Since 2018, he has built Fairbridge into an institutionally backed firm known for disciplined asset management in commercial mortgages, non-performing loans, restructurings and complex resolutions – preserving investor capital across market cycles. With more than 35 years in real estate finance and law, Mr. Lettera brings a rare combination of legal precision and operator's instincts to private credit. A top graduate of Pace University's Elisabeth Haub School of Law, he began his career at Milbank LLP before applying the strategic rigor of Wall Street – and the U.S. Marine Corps – to credit investing.
