Upon leaving Howard University, Dr. Woods took a troubleshooting position for the National Healthcare Plan. He served as medical director for Intercounty Health Inc., the Sicily Island Medical Center and three other facilities, including a nursing home and a weight-loss program. He held the title of vice president of primary care for the State of Louisiana and served as Louisiana's representative to the Meese Commission Congressional Investigation of American Health Care. During a 20-second testimony, he urged the council to prioritize his agenda, emphasizing that doctors often prioritize prestige and financial gain, neither of which he sought, which led to an invitation for him to assist the National Institutes of Health in developing a new healthcare plan. Dr. Woods was nominated for the $10 Million Award, known as the X Prize, and, as a result, was invited to attend the United Nations Incentive 2 Innovation Conference at the UN headquarters in New York for the invention of “Trivalent Understanding Noetics” (TUN). It has been called “the next stage of evolution of the human species” and may change an individual in as little as 133 seconds. As a result of his attending the UN conference, Dr. Woods became world-famous and has been consulting with organizations and countries worldwide. Now, as the chief executive officer of the Prometheus Reborn Universal Foundation, a Cleveland-based nonprofit founded on TUN, Dr. Woods has received numerous awards and recommendations. This includes being enstooled as Nana Nkosoohene Kwaku Amoa, chief of Larteh Kubease Province in Ghana, Alkebulan, with his wife, Hameeda RahmanWoods, MEd, PhD, MetD2, as Queen Mother enstooled as Nana Nkosooheme Akosua Awuah. A man born and raised in a section of St. Louis, Missouri, called “The Ville,” Dr. Kwaku L. Carlisle Woods first received an AA in music, and after attending the Army Nursing School at Homer G.
