Backed by advanced degrees in political science, she has built a successful career organizing events for business, political and pharmaceutical organizations worldwide. As the operations and events manager at ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE, Ms. Bishnoi leads the planning and execution of major conferences, product launch initiatives and strategic meetings while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, medical professionals and company leadership. She has managed hundreds of Microsoft training programs attended by thousands of participants, partnering with leading organizations, including Takeda Pharmaceuticals, NASDAQ and Johnson & Johnson. One of Ms. Bishnoi’s most notable achievements was organizing a UN Global Peace Conference that brought together guests worldwide. She received the Melvin Jones Fellowship, the highest humanitarian honor awarded by Lions Clubs International, recognizing her fundraising efforts supporting relief initiatives following the Nepal and Haiti earthquakes. She has traveled to four continents, 45 countries and 43 U.S. states and national parks. Erica Benisch spent more than 20 years developing a distinguished career in supply chain operations. Most of this tenure was spent at Intel Corporation, during which she advanced from a project manager to a strategic supply chain architect. Notably, in 2018, she was named Intel’s Working Mother of the Year and was one of 100 recipients of the Manufacturing Institute’s STEP Ahead Award. In 2024, Ms. Benisch embarked on a new journey, founding the Enliven Collective. As chief executive officer, she is using her extensive operations experience to grow the business. Her goal is to establish a brick-and-mortar location over the next five years. With a team of five to 10 health and wellness practitioners, Ms. Benisch envisions creating an inclusive environment where individuals can explore various health options and receive coaching. She believes that health and wellness should be accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy. Ultimately, Ms. Benisch aims to make a difference in people’s lives, reflecting her nine-year service in the U.S. Air Force. She wants to help as many people as possible live their dreams and become the best versions of themselves.
