140 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine E ntering themedical industry due to the influence of his grandfather, who was a profound physician, Dr. Anthony Wayne Middleton Jr. is a venerated urologist, physician and educator who has amassed 45 years in the field. A physician and consultant with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Intellectual Reserve, Inc., since 2008, he has also been a staff member in the Division of Urology of the University of Utah School of Medicine since 2009. Previously affiliated with Middleton Urological Associates, the Utah Medical Self-Insured Association, the Prostate Microwave Co., and the Division of Urology in the Salt Lake City Medical Center, he holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah and MD from Cornell University. Board certified by the American Board of Urology, he has contributed 31 scientific papers, 30 papers on organized medicine and over 180 other papers. As a testament to his longevity, Dr. Middleton has received myriad accolades from the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, Inc., and the Utah Medical Association. Lindsley is a venerated figure in the realm of pediatric medicine who became involved in her profession due to her interest in the biological sciences. Inspired to pursue a specialty in pediatrics by a group of women on the school board, she received an MD from the University of Washington in 1968 and became certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1973. Dr. Lindsley formerly served as the director of the Mid-America Pediatrics Rheumatology Program and a professor in pediatrics at the University of Kansas Medical Center, holding the latter role for a fruitful 28 years. During this time, she also served as the director of the American College of Rheumatology and the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Lindsley is a master of the American College of Rheumatology and was involved with the Arthritis Foundation from 2006 to 2008. She has received several accolades from the University of Kansas, the American College of Rheumatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics. In her spare time, Dr. Lindsley enjoys traveling, swimming and listening to music.
