Needelman is has represented tenants and community coalitions in legal matters and is a civil rights advocate. Considered an organizer as well as a lawyer, he has served in his own practice, the Law Office of Martin S. Needelman, Esq., PC in Brooklyn, New York, since 2019. Previously, he served at Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation A (Brooklyn A) as a Staff Attorney, Project Director and Chief Counsel. Commencing his career in 1969, he was a VISTA attorney for the Southside Community Mission for two years prior to joining Brooklyn A. The recipient of a JD from Boston University Law School and LLM from New York University Law School, Mr. Needelman is also active as President of Congregation Beth Jacob Ohev Sholom. He values his time working collaboratively with clients and is proud of his time spent in his community in the struggle for justice. Mr. Needelman received the 1992 Pro Bono Award from the Brooklyn Bar Association, 1998 Risk Taker of the Year Award from Jews for Racial and Economic Justice, and 2010 Louis Lefkowitz Award from the Fordham Law School Public Interest Center. F ascinated by law since his undergraduate studies at DePauw University and following the influence of the television show “Perry Mason,” Michael C. Rubino earned a JD from the McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 1983 and was subsequently admitted to the Indiana Bar. Now admitted to the bars of Nevada and California, he specializes in construction defect litigation and works of counsel with Fenton Grant Mayfield Kaneda & Litt in Las Vegas, a position he acquired in 2014. Involved in law for nearly 40 years, Mr. Rubino has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was named to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers. However, he is proudest of dealing with cases that have advocated for the benefit of the people, as opposed to the benefit of insurance companies and other corporations. Mr. Rubino has been personally involved in lawsuits with total recoveries exceeding $400 million, and he has had the largest association recovery and largest recovery for a school in the State of Nevada.
